I've been having some physical issues with running, so I have been taking lots of long walks to try and stay active. Right now, my mind needs working out just as much as my body does. There was an issue with my debit card and the bank so I am debit/credit card free until a new one comes in the mail. When it does, I'm headed to the gym. I miss biking so much; even if it's stationary biking, I want to move my body that way again.
I went to the zoo today with my cousin and her boyfriend. Lots of walking and talking. It was really nice. I've seen a lot of friends and talked to a lot of family in the past few weeks, which has been wonderful. When I struggle and need help the most, it's so good to know I have so much incredible support.

i;ve been feelin a bit out here on my ownish as of late. the admin of my weightloss group dwecided to combine all the groups for a month because we , team persistence, are so much more active than them and i'm gettin 0 feedback and 1005 frustration so i pretty much posted a pic of my ass and told em to kiss it,lolol well ok i LITERALLY posted a pic of my ass but labeled it an exercise in self love!LMAO feel better soon darlin and dont worry about posting unless you feel it cause we'll all be here waitin for ya when you do! xoxoxoxoxo
First day of school today for us, so this week is going to be a bit hectic. Still looking for a job! Hoping to find one soon!
I'm looking forward to getting back to a normal schedule come next week and seeing some regular losses on the scale sooner than later :)
I completely agree with Bailey! I'm ready for things to get back into a good routine! This time of year is always crazy.

My weekend binges are over. So, now I'm starting a fresh week with a healthier diet. I've been lazy the last two weeks and have been skipping out on my workouts. It's time to get back on track! ;)
I hope you start to feel better soon! I have been terrible with a gym routine, I keep saying next week and fail. Luckily I've been keeping a fairly active lifestyle (hiking, etc.) but I really want to get back into a gym routine!
